Not Just Tea firmly stands behind its product and is confident that our customers will find that our teas and tisanes are the finest quality. If a customer is not happy with his/her purchase, we request that the unused portion with original sales receipt be returned to us and upon receipt customer will receive Not Just Tea credit equal to the price of merchandise ONLY. A credit memo will be emailed & can be used for future purchase.  *Accouterments/accessories (including all teapots) cannot be exchanged or returned.

Not Just Tea processes all orders within 1-2 business days; We send all orders via USPS Priority Shipping. If you wish to have alternative-shipping arrangements made, please contact us at info@notjusttea.com
